Innovation Invigorating the Wool Industry

As climate change gathers momentum, we are seeing the resurgence of renewable resources and natural fibres as consumers seek products which are better for the world.  Wool is one of those products.  The new focus and innovation is exciting – historically lead by NZ Merino, we are seeing new players innovating with wool.

As a 100 per cent natural, renewable resource, wool not only improves indoor air quality but is also naturally fire resistant and fire retardant. Because it is biodegradable and forms part of a natural carbon cycle, it is made for recycling. It is also naturally odour resistant.

Lincoln Agritech and Hushaberry have recognised the opportunity to add value to wool and through focusing on customers’ needs and requirements are bringing new business models, technology and innovation to their business offerings.

Join us to hear from these two organisations who are actively focusing on the value that is inherent in wool as part of their new products and business models.  They will share their stories, their focus and strategies to capture the market opportunities

Come prepared with your questions, gain a new perspective and be inspired to develop (or improve) your own strategy and strengthen your connections.
